Beard Papa’s
The world's best cream puff
Since 1999, Beard Papa’s has been baking the world’s best cream puffs. They began in Japan and have expanded to over 450 stores in 15 countries and territories, serving a double-layered puff–choux on the inside, and pie crust on the outside, filled with a mixture of whipped and vanilla custard cream. The Shops at the Winston location of Beard Papa's is locally owned.
Bulldog Taproom
Taproom & Social Bar
Bulldog will open this Fall at Shops at the Winston, relocating from within South End to this prime location at Shops at the Winston. Bulldog's 4,000 square foot space includes a brewery and taproom for Bulldog's beers brewed on-site, as well as a vast selection of beer from local and regional breweries. Grab a table in the taproom or enjoy drinks on the outdoor patio.

Curated wine & champagne tasting room
An innovative retail boutique that specializes in providing high-quality wine and fine champagne. The Coterie Concept features a tasting room where visitors can select their wine by the bottle, and enjoy their libations with friends, in an intimate, stylish setting. The expansive menu features a unique wine list from the NC region, and all over the world.
